The day will be especially short today, and it's so gray I doubt we'll see the sun. A good day for staying inside, though I plan to drive out to my father's house for lunch/brunch. On the way, I will do some walking in a shopping mall. To avoid the worst crowds, I plan to do it early in the day. At least there will be color and light at the mall, though the sales force will probably look tired after what seems a long holiday shopping season already smiley - yawn.

I wrapped whatever gifts I had on hand Thursday night. By wrapping them, I realized that there were still gaps smiley - blush, so I went out for more shopping on Friday. Yesterday, I made photocopies of "The Lost Isle of Arborvilla" so I could give copies to my sister and her two sons. At night I collated the pages, punched holes in them, and put them in three-ring binders. I don't know what they'll make of the story, if they even read it. With so much other stuff being thrown at everybody at Christmas, it might be a while before they even get to it.

Hands, knees, hips and spine are the most common locations for that, and it sounds as if it's too late to slow progression by being active smiley - sadface.

My father has it in his hands and back, but remarkably he keeps moving. He's on three meds for the hands, though they've had to drop the Celebrex because of blood in the urine.

it's like I told him, it's a pity that "medical science etc" can't sort of put scaffolding around your spine to prop it up smiley - sadface maybe in the future things like that might arrive ?

the petrol tank is the stomach (so right fuel essential) brain is the computer smiley - smiley muscles are the engine to move the body and many other parts can be attributed to car partssmiley - biggrin
