I've not forgotten your kind 'not new year's resolution' to write some Recipe Entries for us, and recently I saw you mention beetroot chocolate cake that sounds delicious!

I actually have *two* beet cake recipes. Maybe if the chocolate one goes well, I'll offer the other one, too.
