I have the same problem. About 5 hours on weekdays is the ave. On the weekends, however, after a few ales, 12 hours is attainable!

I'm normally worse after a few
s, getting up during the night to relieve oneself kind of interupts sleep somewhat
Don't half feel sleepy tonight tough
well I woke up 30-45 mins earlier than normal...
