What's the website about?

hi ive been aronud h2g2 for over 7 years, im an old timer.

im a lurker as such, i saw the strange name on the online. and made a beeline to investigate lol.

to confuse you, i dont have a pc, im on the h2g2 from a digibox, for now.

i do use the cyber and library pc.s, will need them when the new signin comes to h2g2, firewall to hight for my system.

as i said, i dont know wht anime there is, and if of interest to you. on the link. as till tomz or saturday i cant get to the cybercafe.

Well, the ones on my main page are a good start. Other than that, almost anything by Takahashi or Studio Ghibli, or almost any magical girl. Ranma's about as deep into martial arts as I get.

its digital tv box, from a company called virginmedia, he acsess i have to h2g2, is a "magic link" from an email.

i can only acsess the bbc and h2g2 from the box, all other internet is above the firewall my box as to work,

I just never heard it called a digibox. Around here we call it WebTV or something similar.

webtv is for a diff area, mine comes under virginmedia, was telewest, yorkshire cable.

if you want to check out the link, you have to join, but its free, and i think you can uy the material to make animation and so on.

cable as in yorkshire cable, became, telewest, and sold the k/boards to us at the time for, £30 each, them they went to £15.

virginmedia is still allowing longtimers like me to keep the email. but new ones get a samsung,box, diff remote handheld, the k/board made not compatable, and the one i use, they dont have anymore. so it look for a spare at places like, a bootsales, for about £2 each.lol. jimbob

as you know internet as diff firewalls, and the box is like a mimi harddrive, that as to be rebooted each day.

as the emails are internet html, otherwise i couldnt send to anywhere in the world, there is a firewall. but very high, above all the major sites, ie google, facebook and so on.

but as bbc and h2g2, dont condone swearing and porn, then the firewall for them at the moment is very low.

by having the alabster skin signin, on my email, i can use the feild boxes to get to the h2g2, then with a link on the h2g2 page, change to plain skin, thats easier for my box to do messages,

is used on h2g2 or all messageboards, the acsess from my box will be gone. i will have to use the local library and the cybershop i go to a few times in the week. jimbob

a tip, try putting,anime messageboard, in the google.

you should find a few that you can join for free, as an anime community, then you can share pics and video and even any full lenght ones.

So let me see if I've got this straight. You have limited Internet access and a broken keyboard, so you've entered an obscure anime-related conversation in order to shill for a website. A conversation that only has two people in it.

i intended just to let you or the other have the website, as its always uptodate. so you can hopefully find something that you havent seen.

Yeah. A guy joins a conversation to promote a website, but fails to leave town before being caught at it. What's more, he's too polite to ignore a reply to his post.

It sort of makes you feel like you're part of a TV sitcom, doesn't it? A wacky scheme gone wrong?
