yes i could feel the difference when i came in this morning ..the house was definitely warmer than outside

my flat has 2 extremes as there is no proper insulaion or double glazing. It's either boiling or permafrost!the housing association are supposed to be doing a modernisation survet soon.

we have double glazing but still get drafts..i don't think it was fitted properly but otherwise this is a warm little house in the winter

the irony here is I was moved from previous home on medical grounds that there was insufficient heating and insulation!

at least the housing association should do something though

i'm hoping they do it while in stu though, they did 4 at the end of the road and the people were temporarily rehoused as a result I don't need that just now to be honest.

still a mixed bag really, been up since 6 again, so about 4 hours restless slepp. Even the moggies gave up and came into the lounge and settled in the chairs.
