Have to admit, couldn't face getting one myself but I admire it on other people 
.
Mum had a similar rule but related to piercings....no piercings before 16 but I could do whatever I liked to my hair....explains why my hair has never seen its natural colour since age 11...

ok folks. Let me save the day.
Tabitca is 5' 8 , she has bright pink hair, purple eyes, and is covered in black and white stripes. During summer the fur goes brown. She goes around wearing a cape, holding a basket. Her accent is from Venus....
