My family and I have enjoyed reading all the responses, we are amazed at the level and amount of friendships that Pheloxi held here and I would find it a shame if it would be blocked.

I understand that rules need to be adhered to so I will wait to see what happens with this conversation.

The conversation thread won't disappear, breycitojust the offensive posting has been removed.


To the older Researchers:
The "Phantom Yikeser" was not in attendance at this time, it was me who yikesed the post - by a newbie - who had blundered into the thread and complained about the topic - I reported it and suggested its removal on account of the feelings of the family who were reading this thread.

I hope the subject will now be dropped

Hi

Some of you might remember me - I used to be the h2g2 community editor, back in the 'old days'.

I had the pleasure of meeting Pheloxi in person a number of times at the h2g2 parties which I attended in the Netherlands.

Pheloxi was one of the kindest people I met through h2g2. I don't think I ever heard him say a bad word about anyone, his mission in life seemed to be to spread sweetness, light and friendship.

My condolences to his family, thank you so much for letting everyone know - he will be missed greatly by everyone - he was a big part of h2g2.

im sorry to say, i have never met pheloxi or seen his photo, and for the time being i cant leave the house, its very bad weather.

but next time im at the library or cybershop, i will make it the first thing to do, look at the gallery, and some photo links i think its websailor as posted on a thread.

What a perfedtly splendid photograph of Pheloxi.

I hope you do not mind but I have down loaded it. I never met him, but he was one of the first people to welcome me onto this thread. Apart from which he was always very understanding because I have a son who is not well.
