Yea they loved it, the oldest one trying to be butch didnt wear gloves and blimey we couldnt move his hands at all in the evening

It seems that xmas has just passed and already the boys are on holiday this week, acting all bored and that famous line "theres nothing to do dad"

Crumbs i dont remember getting that many hoidays when i was at school

I know it feels like they have just gone back after xmas
My son will probably be glued to his nintendo ds all week and then when we do take him out he always moans what time are we coming back so he can see his mates lol you can't win! I was hoping to take him to the lakeland animal wildlife park but the weather doesn't look too good for that. He has been invited to a party on Monday, bowling, mcdonalds and a sleep over so that should keep him occupied for one day lol!

Ah, bliss, they are back at school today

Its so quiet here, all i can hear is the neighbours arguing again

This is just the start of my sons hol. We took him the animal park on Saturday it was brill we watched the giraffes being hand fed and you could get really close to them. A lemur bit my shoe some of the animals are just roaming around and I tried to take a pic of a Emu but it started running at me (I think it thought I had food lol) They also had a huge cage you walk in with vultures and parrots flying around. It was really good.

I have flu so not feeling that great, hubby has passed his germs onto me, he has had really bad flu the past few days.

Hows the flu going or is it now gone, the after effects of flu always linger for ages, i think i still have a sore throat and aches from the bout i had ages ago

My cold has gone,James had to take some days off work in the end coz he got it really bad.
We did go for our weekend away at Ambleside We went to see music and lyrics at the cinema there it wasn't that great but there was two women who laughed the whole way though, James said we should have had more to drink before watching it coz we shared a bottle of wine over a meal before going in but he said it obviously wasn't enough some of it was funny though. Had a good time there , our hotel room was pretty posh as well lol not what we were expecting

I posted most of what happened to dad on the other thread, but i know he wanted me to post to you and a few others he chats to most.

He is ok, as i said moaning, he cant stand doing nothing, he is a very active man.

The hospital was due to complications with his liver, but while he was in there he picked up one of those super bug thingies which delayed him leaving, thus giving lectures to the nurses and doctors about hygiene and dirty hospitals, yep he was moaning there also, but with good cause i believe.

He is a fighter and nothing knocks him down for long, so he will be back.

Thanks for letting me know BBB I have read the other thread too, I'm not suprised he is moaning, he goes into hospital for one thing and catches another! At least he is still keeping you on your toes lol!

Tell him I hope he gets better soon and hopefully I'll see him back soon Also tell him he might get better quicker if he takes things easy for a bit

I haven't been on here for a while, I have been away at Rockingham this weekend to watch the motor racing.


Just before the weekend I found out someone had been taking money out of my bank account without us knowing, we have now cancelled the cards and stuff but now we're working with the bank to get our money back It was only using my card though as we have joint accounts and on my debit card, we should get our money back coz it is fruad and we cancelled the cards as soon as we found out but it can take a while up to 6 weeks. I did get some good news this morning that part of it had been intercepted and some money got put back in coz when I found out who the money had been paid to I rang the company and they managed to stop the order so refunded my account which is good. But there is still money missing, I know you hear about this happening to ppl but I just didn't think it would happen to me. They'd also have been using my name and address and D.O.B to open accounts and stuff

I know I only signed in for a few momments but I'm back now lol!

It is on it's way to getting sorted now the annoying thing is we have to call in the bank every day coz some of the transactions are still going through the bank they can't stop them once they have been processed even though the card has been cancelled now, so we have to go in to see where the payment has gone. There is just one more to come off which will be tomorrow hopefully. I'll just be glad when it's all over and we have our money back!

Tell me about it lol, there's another motor race in June which were going too, in fact we're going to 4 altogether and hubby is doing another driving experience at the weekend in a lotus, he's gone car mad hehehe! Not sure if it's the cars or the pit girls LMAO!

We are supposed to get it back, the bank told us we would and also the fraud investigaters told us we would as well. I have to sign a declaration form to say I did not authorise any of the transactions coz it was done with my bank card then the fraud investigaters dispute it on our behalf, obviously they can tell if they are fraudulent transactions coz they can get all the info on how it was done ect so that's how you get it back, but it can take a week or six weeks just depends how complicated the investigation is I guess. I'm hoping it won't take that long though, I guess all we can do is wait now and that's the annoying thing!

My weekend was good, James was working the bank hol though. We did take Chris to fly his kite, it's pretty good fun
