but since SG doesn't like them, we should do something else instead.

Okay, here's a game that I have played on another thread. Each person adds a word to the current sentence. The object of the game is to NOT end the sentence. If the word you add could make the sentence complete, then you lose and a new game begins. The word you add has to make sense, though - in other words, the sentence has to remain endable. If someone adds a word and you think that there is now no way to make sense of the sentence, then you can challenge the person and they have to show how the sentence could be ended.
