im used to the glasses now, but aches are still intermitent.

i haent been to the pictures since i was in my teens.

because, i found that when the lights came on, i got a bad migrain, then as i went outside on the last night i went to a picture house, it got worse, then the powerfull strretlights hit, and it was pounding, i nearly walked into the busy main road, if it haddent been for a man behind me noticing something was making me hold my pounding head, i would have walked out, and could focus of anything,

he aved my life, as i said, ive had so many nearmisses.

i ddont know if you have heard of, a throwing arrow, it was a way to afford a bow and arrow, without a bow..

you cut a knotch in the wood arrow, just below the flight, take a piece of string, or shoelace, knot one end, put the lace on the knotch,over the knot, and wrap the other end round you hand, hold the lace halfway down, and pull back, and throw the arrow and the knotted lace would send it over two hundred yards.

one day i threw mine on a feild, and went to get it, then went farther down to return upfield the same way,

i felt a thud in my inner right leg, and had an arrow in it, if i haddent moved down, it would have hit me in the upper chest, i wouldnt have got to my 12th birthday.

Sounds like you really do get bad migraines but I hope they are a lot better now, it's not much fun when they a effecting your every day life and restricting what you do.

Wow that sounds like a very lucky escape with the arrow! That's incredibly lucky, well unlucky you got hit lol, but very lucky it didn't hit you in the chest!

in about 40 mins im going to be playing, search for the temp bus stop

they council as decided to redo a rd just passed where i live, and its the main one for the bus.

i will have to go down on the bottom rd, and look for the temp on they are supposed to have put up.

thats if the kids on the way to school havent got to it first, and its in a garden somewhere.

i watched the end of the street, and no bus came up at 9-28.

I'm imagining you waiting for a bus now is someones garden hehehe! But I hope you managed to get to town? They should have really said where they were putting the temporary bus stop!

they ended up, after i rang to main office, adding a shuttle bus, from the estate to the main bus, that is off the estate, about 5 stops down a loooong road.

the bus was normal, as there was a temp surface on the road they are doing, but the fun starts agin on monday, and a week after that, i was told.

im in today, i have my tablets delivered to the house, and it should be sometime today. take care jmbob jim xx

That doesn't sound too bad if they put a shuttle bus on then.

They seem to be digging every road up around here that they can lol! We have road works everywhere at the mo!

two days ago, i got to talk to the man that as to ok the detours

i gave him an alernative way to get in and out without the buses taking more time, and he did it, and yep it worked.
-
but this afternoon one driver, refused to take the alernate route, although the people where telling him that he had turned right not left. and to make things worse, he dropped all of the estate ones at the old top stop, over half a mile away, then went to the right and away from the estate.

i rang complains, but some of the others had beat me to it, and word was out, to meet the driver intown, to ask why he dropped us, and refused to pickup from over 5 stops.

he could be looking for another job. jim xx

It sounds like the bus driver doesn't know what he's doing either? Unless he didn't know about the other route? Who knows but I'm sure the bus company will be looking into it now.

I just took a dvd back that we rented, called Defiance, it's a movie about world war 2, based on a true story. I thought it was really good.

i was at the cyber this morning, ive downloaded to my flashdrive, the horror film, saw v, i will watch it sometime over the weekend.

the way i get them isnt ileagal, they are bought by people, who put them on stores, rapidshare, depositfiles, and more. then add to messageboards.

I have question about that flash drive thing you have, my hubby watches the motor racing sometimes on the PC, some of them are only available to watch on American sites, would he be albe to watch it on the TV if we got one of those? I know he hates watching stuff from the pc and would rather watch it on the TV.

It is pouring with rain here today, I was gonna go into town but I can't be bothered coz it is pouring it down!

At least you get a mini tour on the buses lol!

i cant be sure, but i think there is a lead you can get from the pc to a tv, and then he can watch,or even record for later.

im at the cyber tomz so i,ll ask amjid, the owner, or john that has a pc repair i know.

the flash drive, is for storing films, as films, video, in the format avi, divx and meg. or photos, and music.

i have a multi media player adaptor,sumvision,cyclone,micro,for hd,hdmi,1080p upscaling

it lets me watch anything i store in either film, vid, music or photos on the tv.

the cost would have been, £30, i payed £25.

rang q, amjids bro, he said there is a cable, called an avi.

to be on the safeside he said to take the booklet on the tv and and what pc you have to any pc shop, like cp world, they will give you the right one,

most modern flatscreen tvs, have a blue input for the purpose of linking to pc to tv.

Thanks that does help We do have a flat screen Tv that's about 6 monts old so it should have the input. But I will take the booklet in and find out if it will work with ours. Thanks for that

it might be the three imputs, yellow,white and red, to the pc, could be to connect to the pc at the screen connection.

its been sunny, but cold,

i would advise you get a 2 or 4 gig harddrive, then you can keep anything from the pc on it, its a safety margin if the pc goes haywire,

you can store pics, music, documents,and video downloads.

It's pouring with rain here. Hope you're having a good weekend. We went to Windermere on Friday, had a walk around the lake.

My pc is being a bit slow with some sites for some reason grrrrrrrrr!. I've cleaned my files and also checked for viruses and stuff so not sure what it is and it only seems to happen on some sites. I've also checked I have plenty of free space on my hard drive so it isn't that.

could be you want to run the adaware, could be unwanted shopping things.

if you dont have a adaware, download the spybot search and distroy, personal edition from the google, just put in, spybot search and distroy free.

its been a mad day here, the estate and town as been blocked all over the place, there was a charity funrun, and buses didnt know where to go.

i got to the cafe, where i get free internet, and it was closed, so looked for two thers in town, also closed, because of the funrun ggrr.

Well my pc seems to be ok today, I'm with AOL so I think their internet connection can be a bit temperamental sometimes lol!especially at certain times of the day when a lot of ppl are online. I think it struggles to cope and it probably isn't our pc coz it doesn't happen all the time but sometimes websites won't load up especially forums like this and facebook, stuff like that.

No haven't got the cable as yet. My hubby said the racing season he has been watching has finished now so I think he is gonna look at getting one when it starts up again now coz he said there isn't much point yet if he won't be watching it. I might still go and ask about what we would need though and stuff just to make sure we can so it on our TV.

my mate had aol, he had the same problem sometimes, but he only had the dialup at the time.

if you get the cable you need now, it will be better thn later, as the things always seem to be going up in price. jim xx

I'm on aol wireless, some days it's brill and really quick and others not so good lol! But it just seems to be certain websites that it happens to.

You're probably right about things going up in price so we should look sooner rather than later!
