Grandma's Birthday

I'm just about to set off for Somerset to *celebrate* my Grandma's 90th birthday. It'll be a strange time I'm sure. I'm definitely not loking forward to it smiley - erm

Ho hum. See you all later I suppose.

Wow What a Race :o)

Well the race seems to be over. After a titanic struggle when the QO thread had to make up a load of ground over N3, QO won out with about 2 blobs or 4 minutes to spare smiley - yikes

Respect is due to Tacsatduck and Tonto who did the bulk of the work with me between 4pm and 6pm when we put down around 500 posts smiley - cheers

All quite remarkable smiley - smiley

Onwards and upwards to 30,000 then folks smiley - ok

There *is* a race on

The race really is on between the QO and N3 threads. Just look, the first time I've ever posted more than 100 in a 24 hour period, yet I am only 9th on the list smiley - wow

Temporarily Offline

Way-Hey! The 'puters f**ked again!

This time I've managed to severely knacker IE and I'm going to have to reinstall the whole darn lot. Trouble is I don't have the disks to do this as it all came preinstalled and I can't find my rescue disks.

I'm going to have to take the whole thing back to PC World to get it fixed. There are also a whole bunch of bits and bobs that need fixing / I want adding etc, so might as well do it all in one go. Therefore I'm not going to be around much until its back from the shop, and I don't yet know when that will be.

So you ask, if your PC shot how come your here telling us all about it?

Well I'm at work using the NHS's wizzy internet connection. Anytime you see me here abouts until further notice, you will know that I am at work and not at home.
