I'm not sure how well you know boots, but I got the feeling that she admired you. I would hence like to inquire if you have anything wise or wise sounding for A1047043?

Hi Jodan,

I have seen your 'condolences' page and the most recent entries there. It is obvious that your heart is in the right place and your intentions are both honourable and commendable. I wish I had the words to express what others there have said.

My own experience of grief and loss, has convinced me that nothing I could say at this time would be of any great value. I could 'offer my condolences' but coming from a virtual stranger that might sound insincere, and as in my case, lead to bitter cyncicism. Not the result intended.

For the record, I really do highly admire 'useless hound'. Her efforts as a care-giver over these past months did not go unrecognised. And I am proud to say I thought her very first offering to AggGag/CAC was so good I passed it on to shazz so it would get the indiviudal recognition and attention in that her writing deserves.

But now is not the time for me to say anything. Laughter is the best medicine and I look forward to sharing a laugh with 'boots' when she is ready to laugh. Until then I will keep my peace and leave her to her grief, in hopes that I can make her future a little brighter at the appropriate time.

BTW: What's happening with 'UG'? Any word from the h2g2 Editors?

Not much is happening with the UG except me explaining to two or three people what isn't happening and why. The italics ask us to bear with them
