Just in case the email doesn't get through to you, this is to let you know I mailed the cd-rom full of cartoons. Not sure how long it takes for first class mail to get from Michigan to Nova Scotia, but I sent it on April 28th.
Let me know if you have any problems watching it. If it turns out looking funny, you can probably download a different media player or something and it should still show up okay.
Later,

Cheers mate! I'll keep an eye out.
And will let you know how it plays when I write again to properly say thank you. Your thought and effort are much appreciated. Thanks.

Oh yeah, and I also wanted to mention that we should put our names somewhere easier to find on the main CAC page. In order to find your personal space on h2g2, I went to AGGGAG first, and I had a devil of a time poking around from page to page to page before I found something with your name and link to your personal space. (Guess I was too lazy to find your name via the Advanced Search.)
Should we mention at the bottom of the main <./>agggag</.> page the names of the regular editors or participants of AGGGAG? Or maybe link to another page with some kind of list?
We don't need to put every Popeye Chuckler's name on the bottom of each installment like we used to, but if someone started digging around the AGGGAG page to look for our names, it would be nice to have it available.

Yes good idea. Last time I re-wrote the page I felt the list was getting way too long with inactive names. For a while there, anyone who posted to "I'll Help" got put on our list even if they did nothing. With the change to CAC there was an opportunity to let the old list and some other bad habits get 'lost'.
But yes the names of the Founding Fodders, the original six, should be enshrined there. Feel free to add them at the bottom; or I'll get to it maybe this weekend.
I still have the original 'chucklers' drop down list on my homepage.
The six would be me and thee and tonsil and bossel and spiff and the lovely Lucinda. We must also not forget shazz who gave us a place to be. So the 'magnified seven' it is!
And feel free to speak up whenever you have an issue ready. I've been quite content to do them since I gave up on my own column, but am happy to stand down anytime someone else has an issue.
Any joy yet on the UG?

Remember to give me a holler if you have any troubles viewing them. They should all work as long as you use the right media player on your computer.

Hey there,
I just used your latest installment of CAC (which was really good, by the way) as a template to put together a new "gamey" one I'm working on... A681211
I noticed part of it said "Every week we feature an entry from the Spaced-Out Guide"... Should I pick one? Do you have any suggestions?
Also I wanted to check if another issue of Void Fruitcake should be put in this installment, or should we shelve this one for later? Let me know if you have any plans.
Picking out entries by younger contributors was a really good idea.

Good call. All good suggestions for ways to make it better. I better make these changes now or I'll never get around to it.
I had meant to use the graphic & link to the AggGag Games for a Rainy Day page but forgot.
* Link to "Rainy Day" page = CHECK
* acronym pun = shoehorning it in with a little effort.
Feel free to redo the page as you see fit in order to add Void Fruitcake or Fragmented. You might also want to adjust the "h2g2 Game Addicts Support Group" as you see fit. (The GAG pun doesn't work very well because because you've been forgetting the SUPPORT in their group name. The acronym would be GASG. But I still tried to make a feeble joke about it.)
I'll ask the Game Addicts Support Group if they'll exchange links. Not sure if the Editors would want to endorse Games for a Rainy Day page, because the main idea there is to collect unedited entries on the subject. But they're more and more open to these things lately, so I'll see what they think.
I also need to update the Games for a Rainy Day page. It's already getting a little unwieldy in length, and if I keep adding, it will only get worse. I'm going to set up a classification system, so there will be links to subheadings like Board Games, Word Games, Computer Games. Then when you arrived at the Board Games page, you'd see the links and teasers for all those entries collected so far.

Sunday 10 pm
OK ...aftr stalling all day, enjoying our first, warm enough [20+C (75F)] for shorts, sunny day, I am about to lift your issue to an AggGag page and add the series items.
I'll post the A-number here so you can preview it before it goes to shazz on Tuesday.

I just remembered I'll have to logon as AggGag again and add your U-number to it but have a look at A1047511 and let me know if you see any errors or omissions.
I'll ask shazz to hold off making her copy until Tuesday just in case.
The weather has been too nice to try playing with that CD so far, and now it's late and I am sleepy, the way fresh air, exercise and sunshine can make a fella sleepy, but I'm looking forward to it

Looks good.
I mowed my lawn and picked up some trash near the road this weekend. (There's a convenient little wall ledge along the sidewalk where people like to rest on their way up the hill and leave their gum wrappers, potato chip baggies, and smash their liquor bottles. Still, having a lawn to pick things up from is a lot more fun than living in an apartment.)
We never really got around to starting a garden this year, but I'm trying to compost some leaves and grass clippings for next year.
Oh yeah, I totally revamped and updated the Games for a Rainy Day page over the weekend. Still need to add a few links to the main AGG/GAG/CAC page, archives and maybe a banner for the Post. But otherwise it's all up to date.
