The cheese thing is true - but it's worse when you have celiac. If you have celiac, and there's anything in your lower intestine that's hinky, it messes with mood, sleep, and nervous system. Can't be helped, nothing cognitive going on at all, just very hard to sleep through. Which is annoying.

I hate autoimmune disorders.

For the medical and the mind parts of being human, we have many many years to go/learn to "star trek levels about ourselves.

Rest of the evening, anyway. Tomorrow's a busy day, as always. Monday, I have a telephone conference to get ready for a new project - and, since they're on the west coast, I won't be around h2g2 in the evening. The conference will be late.
