I think that's the problem - people think they elect political leaders to benefit them personally, like a consumer thingy...that's not really what it's about.

Oh, it's that time of year. Lots and lots to do before winter sets in - and holiday stuff coming up, needs to be prepared for.

Yesterday was Armistice Day. Also my sister's birthday. We had to go over to the farm for a meal and celebration.

It was pretty cold last night. But they said they had seen a few snowflakes out at the farm last week.

I bet the weather changes from where you lived, to where you are now, has made you adapt lifestyle somewhat ? height of summer to winter stuff

Oh, yeah. It never gets as hot here as it does down South, or in Greece.

And it gets much colder. I don't really like cold weather, and I don't mind hot, so it takes a bit of getting used to. Again.
