I've mainly been lurking on your threads... Wasn't really up to a big time snoop around the place... But now you make me curious!

How are things? I noted that you work a little less for a while...

I might be wrong but I think you can't read/see a thread called 'Korallerna' where people introduce themselves - you have to register to see those postings.

Anyway, I'm using my introduction as a kind of diary - the medication messed up my sleep, so I've been absolutely exhausted and not of much use at w*rk. This monday I had a appointment again, and broke down in when we started talking about how I *really* feel - which I've been trying to ignore/deny in order to be able to cope with w*rk.

I have a very nice and she put me on half time sick leave, which is a relief.

It is typical! As long as people are 'cold' and professional, I'm doing OK (by repressing real feelings) but as soon as anyone is kind, I too.

Take your time now. It took you time to get here, and it will take a bit of time to come back to your usual self.
Be honest to yourself. It feels much worse trying to pretend to be OK but having that nagging feeling that you're worse than you admit. Admitting that, yeah, this is crap is actually a relief, because it usually isn't as bad as you suspected. If that makes any sense...

And rest. Sleep if you can. Walk if the weather permits. But don't press.

Yes, thanks, Things are indeed better. Emotions ran high, but have calmed down no.

Azatoth is coming to Lund after all, all that changed is that Husband and I won't arrange a party and have house guests. It would be nice to know that everybody else would want to meet even if I can't be around much, or at least make any commitments.

We don't have any plans for the time being. Besides, I have to get down from an adrenaline kick from the Nordic Freelance seminar during the weekend for which I was responsible. I've been sleeping since I got home or just pottered around looking at things and stuff to do - then procrastinate.

Signing w*rk emails with - that should wake them up and make them pay attention.
