Awwww I hope you'll feel better soon.
I know the kind of ear ache you mean, I've had it too -not nice.
ER- Abby's pregnant with Luca's baby... that's the most recent episode I've seen.
Trouble is the new serise is on at 10 at night, so sometimes I have to get an early night instead. I've been soo tiered lately.
Although I saw a good re run the other day where Neela (sp?) and Abby gave all the homeless kids toys they stole from the family room. Apparently they were going to replace them though. It was quite sweet.
I dream of Jeanie! I used to watch that when I was little.

We also watched Bewitched- I was named after the charactor Sam!
Hope the doctor will help.

Thanks for your sympathy
I feel terrible. I went to the doctors and it turns out I have penumonia. I went to two, the first one just looked in my ear and told me I had the same cold that everyone else has. Then I went to a second doctor at the reccomendation of my dad. He took forever listening to me breathe. I'm on some kind of medication now, hopefully it will help. I know I'm going to miss school tomorrow and I cant afford to miss much more than that.
I love I dream of Jeanie. I used to watch it on saturday nights with my parents. Bewiched would come on right after it... and then I think was MASH. We never watched MASH, I dont know why... But it was fun. Do you like being named after Sam? I'm not named after anyone, but I've often wondered if I would like it or not.
I've had so much to drink today I feel like I could drown in it... and still I'm dying of thirst!
I just wated Monsieur Verdoux and The Great Dictator with my mom. I really enjoyed both of them. So far I've only seen three Charlie Chaplin movies, but I like what I've seen. He seems to make pretty good statements I think.
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 27, 2006
Aww hun I hope the medication helps.
(sorry about the double post earlier.)
I think I was about 4 when we used to watch I dream of Jeanie and Bewitched in the mornings, while eating digestive biscuits, apple and cheese.(no really they're nice together)
I don't think about being named after Sam much, but I guess nice to it's from such pleasant origins.
We tend to drink lots of herbal tea when we're ill, don't know if that would be any good?
I've never seen a Charley Chaplin movie, what sort of statements?
just spent a while trying to set up an msn account-again, I've come to the conclusion it just doesn't like me.
Hope you sleep well tonight- best cure in the world sleep.
Peace

Thanks for all your sympathy
The medication really is helping, I feel much better today. In fact I might have gone to school if I'd been well enough to write my english essay on the weekend, but as it is I'm not done it so I cant go to class or I would have had to hand it in. But then again I feel very sick today, for other reasons. If its not one thing its annother.
You ate apples and cheese together too!? Thats crazy, I used to do that all the time. I dont think I know anyone else who did though. Actually I could really go for some right now.... Maybe I'll go eat some after I post this
I tried having some herbal tea the first day I was sick, but for some reason it just made my throat feel even more sore. I dont understand it. Then again I'm not much of a hot drinks person. I have to be in the mood for it, or something.
I was really only watching Charlie Chaplin because my mom was watcing it and I was on my computer in the same room at the time. As for statements... He did one about how wrong the Mcarthy era was, with all those trials. And there was one about the difference between good and evil. Things like that. They're also pretty interesting, he was actually a good actor.
But I think the best actor, and possibly the most hansome one ever to have lived, is Bela Lugosi. I only say that because i was watching movies with him yesterday afternoon. I'm very silly, but sometimes it doesnt even matter what the plot is, I just like to watch in on the screne
Having trouble with msn? Any specific trouble? Maybe I can help you with it.....
I slept really well last night for the first time in ages. It was really great
How are you doing?
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 29, 2006
Hey yeah that's cool! I really like sliced apple and cheese together, Despite the fact that I don't like the texture of apples on their own ,any more.
Mmmm I know about warm drinks, I find they can make me a little stufffy headed if drunk when I'm not feeling like one.
Wow I didn't know Charlie Chaplin was so profound, I may keep a look out for his stuff.
I'd never heared of Bella Lugosi either () Just looked him up on the internet-he does look quite dashing, especially in the black and white pictures I came across. I take it you like Dracula then?
MSN- Well I signed up for a hotmail account, but when I tried to log in it didn't reconize my password and/or e-mail adress. I re-typed it quite a few times, thinking I may have misspelt something, no luck. I went on the forgotten password tool, but the secret question didn't seem to be the one I typed in, and it wouldn't take my answer. I hadn't given a second e-mail account so I couldn't change the password. Finally it informed me that someone may be trying to acces my account without a password, yes there was -me!
I made a new account to see if that one would work, But the same problem came up.
Like I said maybe it just doesn't like me.
Someone's coming to have a look at it apparently.
Glad you slept well.
Me... Well I think I'm a little under the weather myself at the moment. I nearly fell asleep while giving the cat a hug today! Feeling better after a nap, now and I'm looking forward to the lamb casserole my mum's made.
I saw a good program on tv last night about a family who have dmoved to cornwall with a couple of friends to live a more environmentally friendly life. The dad's a retired engineer and his friend is a physisist, The mum and her friend are very good at gardening, and they have sstarted growing their own food. On that programme they built a little aqueduct to transport water from a stream to a waterwheel that they designed and made, which will hopefully help power their home.
Peace

I just got up from a nap. Sometimes my mom can be so inconsiderate, she talkes so loud on the phone! It woke me up. Every muscle in my body wants to just give up. I could just colapse like a wet noodle.
I'm glad you understand about hot drinks, no one else seems to... They just think i'm weird. I am weird, but not because of that
Yes, he is quite dashing isnt he? I do love dracula, I like to watch different versions of it....but the 1931 with Bela will always be my favorite.
I think I'm going to have to go and finish watching the movie with him that I started yesterday.
I'm glad someone is going to come and help you with it. MSN is a nice thing to have. If you ever get it then maybe we could talk on it. You dont have to though, I understand not wanting to give out your email and things.
That TV show sounds really interesting Is that reality TV? or is it fictional?
I'm sorry to hear you think you're a little under the weather. I hope you feel better soon
I'm going to lay down again, I feel so tired.
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 29, 2006
<> Thanks
'a wet noodle.' Yep been there.
Ah, weird can be good, take me for example...
I'm planning to set up an e-mail account for online stuff, so I'll be happy to give you that one, that's if I ever get the thing set up..
The programme is called 'It's not easy being green.' It's more nice diary style documentary, but it is real.
Rest well.
off to eat some casserole.
Peace
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Mar 30, 2006
Was the caserole good? I had pork chops and apple sauce for dinner It was pretty good, but I feel completely sick. My brother was kind enough to bring me home some chocolate milk and I drank too much of it
. I never know when to stop
I'm not feeling like a wet noodle any more! Thank goodness
I'm watching the munsters right now, it's such a cute show. I do love Fred Gwynne, hes so sweet. Or at least he is in the show....I've never actually met him, and as hes dead I doubt I ever will.
I never got anything done on my english essay today. I'll have to work on it tomorrow.
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 30, 2006
Mmmm casserole was good.I like pork chops too- we tend to have a roast on sundays.
<>
Oh dear, I hope you're feeling better.
I've seen the munsters, it reminds me of when I used to watch the Adams Family.
Ahhh an English Essay, what's it on?
I'm sitting in the office/spare room with the window open, such lovely weather.
Well I guess I should think about getting ready soon- my sister's in a school play, and I guess I'm going.
Peace
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Mar 30, 2006
I'm much better now thank you I was feeling so ill after that overdose on chocolate.... and I'm tempted to drink the rest this morning, but I wont let myself.
AH HA!!!
I've found it! I've found it! I cant tell you how excited I am!
You know that creepy organ music that they play in old black and white horror movies? I've been looking everywhere for it and I've finally found it! Its Bach's Toccata and Fuge in D minor!
I'm sorry, that was very random...... but I just happened to put it on as I was typing this post....
I was never alowed to watch the adams family, I dont understand why. I always wanted to. I used to try when my mom wasnt home.
The english essay is on a play that we had to read called Blood Relations. Its all about Lizzie Borden. We've been given five choices of what to write on, I really couldnt deside. I'm going to write it on animal imagery. I got my friend, Job, to pick a number between one and 5 for me. I really think that as it only has to be about 1000 words I wont have any trouble. Its much easier than my last two essays. They both were research essays, which I loathe, and they had to be between 2000 and 2500 words.
Your sisters in a school play? Thats nice I hope she has fun. Whats the play called?
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 30, 2006
I don't really like horror films, and not really sure which music you mean.... but Yay! all the same.
You were never allowed to watch the Adams Family?
Hmm I don't know, maybe your parents just didn't like it for some reason?
My mum didn't like Charmed for a while, so she didn't want us watching it too often. I used too sneakily watch that, so eventually she watched it with us and now she isn't too bothered. *Shrug* People can be funny about stuff, I guess.
ergh,a bunch of kids have just wandered past the window swearing and making gorrilla like sounds. I wonder if they realise how stupid that stuff can make them seem...
Hey sounds like that essay could get pretty interesting.
My sister's play was the Easter story. Apparently she played a guard who likes gambling. I didn't go in the end but I think she enjoyed it.
Peace
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Mar 30, 2006
Generally I absolutely hate horror movies. But most of the black and white ones are pretty cheesy, so I dont mind them.
Kids swearing and grunting like gorillas..... we have those here too. They really do think that they're extremely cool, but I cant imagine what gave them that idea. They kind of make me laugh, annoying as it is.
What is this world comming to?
The essay should be pretty interesting, but we'll see. At the moment I can only think of two animal images to use.
I'm feeling kind of sick again, I think it was the cereal I ate. I dont know, for some reason my stomach seems to hate me at the moment.
I've developed a cough too
I wish I didnt feel so tired. At the same time I wish I could stop procrastinating... I need to get my essay done, but I keep comming here and posting and talking on MSN, and watching movies.
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 30, 2006
If you don't mind me being nosey, what are you doing with the animal images?
<>
Awww.
Did you eat it with milk or without? Perhaps milk in particular is bothering you(thinking back to the chocolate milk)?
Ah concentration, possibly one of the most elusive frames of mind nown to man.
Alright I'll leave you to your studies now, good luck.
Peace
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Mar 30, 2006
I dont mind at all
I'm supposed to tell how the author of the play uses animal images to help us gaing insight into the character of Lizzie Borden in the play.
I had it with milk, you know there might be something in what you say, perhaps it is the milk thats bothering me right now. I think I'll try and stay away from it for a little while.
Dont worry about distracting me from my essay. I like talkikng to you, and it doesnt take too long to postIts really the movie that takes up all my time. I've put it on pause for now. I'll leave it as a treat for myself when I get a little work done. I think the first thing to do is read the play again and make notes on everything that seems important. Then I'll make an outline..... I really do love writing english essays
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 30, 2006
Thanks I like talking to you too.
I find it's really satisfying when you finally finish and read through what you've written.
It's good to have something to look forward to at the end, preferably something that doesn't take tooo much energy.
Peace
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Mar 30, 2006
Have you been on more than usual today?
I still havent found time to start yet. I think I'll put something warmer on and then find where I put that english textbook of mine. Still procrastinating.....
This world is going crazy. The makers of Star Trek have been awarded 11.8 million dollars because they claimed someone stole the idea of cell phones from their comunicators on the original show. Its all so silly.
Life would be so much easier if one never felt sick.
I tell you its a terrible addiction! I keep looking over at the TV wanting to put on a movie. Its aweful.
I'm going to put some headphones on and really start on this, otherwise for the rest of the day I'll be all talk and no action.
I cant tell you how glad I am to be drinking something other than orange juice right now!
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 30, 2006
Sorry I sort of dissapeared, I was called away to eat a Kebab.
I think I've been on slightly more then normal, but not by much.
I did hear something about how things like Star Trek helped people to think up and invent new technology. The comunicators were used as an example, but you are right- it is silly. It's one of the natural ways humans develop: we think up new ideas and streach the boundries of our understnding through stories, then later when technology etc is advanced enough we try to make some of those ideas into a reality.
<>
Hmm but thenhow would we know if we were ill and needed to take it easy?
Perhaps you should go to a room with no tv?
I like , what are you drinking instead?
Peace
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Mar 30, 2006
Whats in a Kebab?
That thing I read about star trek.... I looked a little closer at the site and I'm inclined to think its not a very reliable source..... but oh well.
Perhaps I should go to a room with no TV. That might be better.... but I've got down to work now, so I dont think I have to.
So far I've got a cat, a horse, pigeons, and a statement about her being born defective.
Instead of I was drinking some Minute Maid Fruit Punch that my brother made. I dont really like it, but it was a nice change to the endless amounts of
I'd been drinking. Don't get me wrong, I do love orange juice..... I just had too much of it over a short period of time.
I'm making myself a nice bowl of oatmeal
I hope my stomach can handle this....
Peace
Hmm Posted Mar 30, 2006
A kebab- I has a donnor kebab which is strips of meat, onion, cabbage, cucumber and tomato all tucked in a pita bread which has been cut open so it's like a little pocket.
I've been looking for an interesting Star Trek interveiw I read once, it was about opinions on how mythology played a part in Star Trek and why we make those kinds of stories up. I can't find it though.
<>
Sounds like an interesting play, what's it about?
I love cheese and cucumber sandwiches. At one point, when I was little, I ate them every day so I became so fed up with them I hardly ate them for a year. I like them again now, but I don't eat them so regularly. That way I enjoy them more.
How're you doing with the oatmeal?
