I'm not quite ready to go to bed, and I don't want someone mistaking me for an android and hitting me over the head with a lead pipe or something.

Might I suggest that we each examine our rooms closely, then return to the sitting room to compare notes?

Stavro: That is acceptable, I'll have coffee and brandy sent out to the sitting room.

I apologise for screaming. But I don't want a mansion; I have one already. *fingers the stone at her neck* Especially one that comes already fitted out with enemies.

Stavro: On second thought, you may all examine your rooms, if you only examine your OWN rooms. For now, I'm afraid I'm going to have to forbid a group search.

[Mew drops his SEP field and teleports to his room]

*Stands up with barely a cursory look at the wreckage. Bows to the assembled company.*

*On the way through the entry way from the Dinning room, the guests notice that the crates Asteroid Lil had mentioned earlier have dissappeared. The sitting room looks much as they had left it, except that coffees, various other after-dinner drinks, and some pastries are on the coffee table.

*Affy enters and sits on a comfortable looking stool. Minos Krylma enters, and sits crosslegged on the floor in a corner*

*Noticing that Affy and Minos had not posted last night Stavro inquires discreetly as to whether each of them had checked their rooms /since/ dinner ended*

* Peet wanders in, folding a piece of paper and tucking it into his waistcoat pocket. He looks around the room, taking in the atmosphere of tension and distrust, and with a subdued chortle makes straight for the coffee.
