My favorite reduced-fat brownie recipe

Brownie recipe:
Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
3/8 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk or condensed milk
1.5 tsps. vanilla
3 egg whites
1/6 cup margarine
1/8 cup corn syrup (optional)
1 apple, or 1/2 yam, pureed
Mix dry ingredients with each other
Mix wet ingredients with each other
Mix wet with dry
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until done

fat-reduced brownies? do they taste as good as regular brownies?
most fat-free food doesn't taste quite as good as teh regular food with all of the fat but I guess there could be exceptions
