*NYC pulls out his shoulder-mounted howitzer, and heads towards the door. he then turns back to the other villians*

Happy, would you mind it too terribly if we could set it up to imprison captured heroes in your mind? I believe it would be a suitable Alkatraz for them. And please don't blame things on New York until you've lived there. I've never been there myself, but I would probably act mean and paranoid if there were major crime syndicates like that living in my area.
