Can you still get Bisto gravy powder? Not granules, those are all I can find here and the liquid they make bears as much resemblance to real gravy as Reddy Brek does to porridge made with pinhead oats. Bisto powder at least means you have to make a gravy base first with meat juices, which I suppose you can do with granules too, but that's not what they were invented for. Instant gravy, just add water

I think you can still get Bisto... I vaguely recall having seen the TV add for it, recently, probably when I was at my Dad's over Christmas or back in Febuary
I've somehow managed not to eat any of the rolls I made... yet Bashing on with laundry and housework instead...
At least I get to fold towels soon

I've just had a little hunt around the online ex-pat British food shops and it looks like you can still get Bisto gravy powder Even a 3kg catering pack if you have that much of a need

now that is a lot of gravy!

At this point I think that would last me the rest of my life. Does gravy powder go off? Might be a worthwhile bulk saving

I would assume, that gravey powder/granules, once opened, would sort of just gradually loose its flavour and taste... LIke any dried herb/spice in the kitchen?

They're better once moistened...
