Actually... I was thinking that earlier too.... yogart might be a bit of a potential yeast-infection causing agent... probably not a good idea, for use... in certain places

Oo... now you say, that, it vaguely rings a bell.... Lacrobascillus rich 'natural' or 'bioactive' ones, I seem to recall have been given* all kinds of medical superstardom status, in relation to various things, including clamidia infection; I seem to recall it is meant to work by out-competing the 'nasty' ones, wiht the less harmful buggs... or something 
not sure about a yogart.... but I could quite fancy some paté about now... err on toast, you understand

I@ll have you know... William and I... were ... 'together' this morning... and managed not* to involve any food in what we were doing mind, I had eaten a bacon butty not long before he came round and we went to a cafe, afterwards, for a coffeee... maybe I should have saved the bacon, bread and butter, for when he came round...

I've just been to the supermarket to do my weekly food shopping, so I thought I'd get myself some paté this week. Which I'm going to eat on my own.

I always keep a bit of Paté in, the stuff I get in the little tubs, has a frighteningly long shelf life (until its opened), so its a handry bit of emergency food to have in
