I just thought of something(actually a couple things)that might be helpful. And they're both in Feisor's list^ ...you might've overlooked them though. The first is The h2g2 Tour-at A317459-and the second is Emmily's h2g2 in a nutshell-at A8468742. Taking the Tour is likely to be very useful & Emmily has made out an A to Z guide.
