Who is Dr. Snagglepuss?
Unfortunately in life, interesting questions do not always have interesting answers. It is in this author's opinion that in such instances, such questions are best answered in one of two ways: either as quickly, truthfully, and therefore un-interestingly as possible, or embellished to the point where the answer is in fact interesting. Either may or may not be the case with the question, 'Who is Dr. Snagglepuss?'
Dr. Snagglepuss (whose real name is kept secret to protect not only himself but the lives of dozens of refugees hiding from various international authorities as well) lives in the United States of America, in the state of Michigan. If you were to hold your hand face up, trace a line from the ring finger all the way down until you get to the meaty part of the hand, and imagine you're looking at a map of Michigan - that would tell you where he lives. Or if you were to travel straight west from Detroit (any direction away from Detroit being, as it were, a good direction to go) you would be in his home town in 2 hours' drive.
He (Dr. Snagglepuss) would be young, were he not aged by a life of intrigue and suspense. Would be dashing, were it not for the cursed pirate's scar left his face so many years ago during his escapades on the high seas. Would be intelligent, were it not for his kind heart that impels him to unwisely intervene in the lives of so many refugees at the expense of his own personal safety. Would be humble, were it not for......well, you get the idea.
His parentage has much in common from the average American's humble ancestry - mainly, from all over the place. His education ranges from the highest Catholic institutions in the US (The University of Notre Dame du Lac) to the harsh realities learned from the hands and mouths of his beloved refugees. His work has led him all across, well....Michigan.
He has a soft spot for the white-tailed deer of North America.
