It won't do it in one go hun that definately won't happen but if by degrees it gets knocked of its axis and then again and again over thousands or millions of years it could end up 180 degrees from where we are now.

Mind you that may not matter as our path is set to cross or come cloose to crossing two asteroids before 2050 with the possibility of one if not both hitting us

Our axial rotation will not change significationally even with a collision with a massive body, to dislodge the Earth from its orbit would need the intrusion of a body of much higher mass than the Earth.

Well we can only deal with what happens during our lifetime and give the children the knowledge they need to deal with problems in the future with instructions to pass it on.

I think in the unpredictability that we all face in the coming years all we can do is hope for the best prepare for the worst.That way no matter what comes we can deal with it. After all we cannot stop earthquakes or tsunamis, volcanic eruptions or floods, fires or tornadoes,
