Who is the Greek God
As a minor deity, one always feels obliged to point out that being omnipotent is not all its cracked up to be. This is entirely due to a misconception most mortals have as regards what heaven is actually like, stemming in turn from how the whole subject of divinity is often portrayed in the popular media.
What this means for your average god on the street is mortals running away from, or up to your physical manifestation expecting special dispensations or miraculous acts involving fire and deep voices. Well this may be run-of-the-mill stuff for some higher order beings, but not for your everyday, working class celestial being. My personal area of special responsibility is that of food consumed between meals and, more often than not, all available energies are spent providing healthy alternatives or encouraging the consumption of more fruit and vegetables.
However its not all bad, for the depth of knowledge and experience required to produce a chicken drumstick when its needed most goes hand in hand with an almost unprecedented grasp of what is and isnt genuinely important.
Therefore we arrive at the point of these introductory words, which is that I am pleased to announce my availability for definitive comment on any or all subjects concerning life before, during and most particularly between meals.
