Hey Daydreamers, how about moving cats into masterpiece paintings?
http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-27507950
DG did this with our pooch years ago with a simple inexpensive graphics programme.

Heh heh this is great, Elektra! I sent the link to my sister, I'm sure she'll appreciate it as well. I might try something like that ... just a bit worried about copyright and intellectual property issues ...

Well you can download high-resolution masterpieces from world museums from the following sites, most of ones that are downloadable and you can montage them and that makes them original----provided the original artist has been dead several hundred years that is:

Hah! Hullo one and all, and here are kisses to all your loveliness and whereforeness as we go about our days and our ways, and lovely to catch up with you all! I shall go re-read your postings with a pint of Perculiar. Actually I've just had a pint of Guinness,
.
Very nice too.
I have a laptop again, we sold our flat today, ohmigod, , hence pint of Guinness.
. I am a whirl of girlie fluster, but a happy one, and tomorrow we take over our new house. ohmigod and girlie fluster again.. haha.
We might not have broadband for a few days, but once we are connected and settled, I shall leap out of a box and begin to speak in tongues of absurdity and wordity and absurd word.
Been trying to sum up my life story in words, at the closing of an era, but unfortunately I can't remember much . Not a very good biography. Chapter One: What?? When??? Chapter Two: Did I Say That? Chapter Three: Left my Map on a Train. Chapter Four: I Thought I Was Already Married
What??? . Not sure about Chapter Four.
I discovered an amazing book the other day, called Woolgathering by Patti Smith. It's so beautiful, memories of her childhood, and I can relate to it so much. I love the way she writes. I found a paragraph which, in fact, sums up my entire life, and she can say it better than I. She is talking about the nature of mind, the corners of the mind.
'And there in the corner is the hint of a spiral. Perhaps it is a virus, perhaps it is a spirit tattoo'. Patti Smith
Ahhhhhh yes. Expect incomprehensible streams of dream.
See you soon!

yes Peanut.
I need to be prepared and a lot of
to face 25 six years kids, talkative, lively, noisy... little by little I have to transform that chaos into an ordinary schoolroom...
My routine includes to spray baby perfum, in winter I put some drops of eucalipt, thyme and lemon, that´s to kill germs floating in the air. The rest of the time just baby perfum, one I know they love. It´s good, a bit expensive but it´s worthy since it seems to affect their mood positively when they enter the room...
I joke with my workmates when we are on a bus for a trip with the kids, THAT is a real madness, I say I wish I had a spray with Valium (a sedative drug) on it to keep them calm.

Maria, that is a great idea. That age requires a lot of energy on the teachers part, but on the other hand they are more interested in what you have to say to them then teenagers or adults.

Maria Posted May 31, 2014
Yes, that is what usually happens with teenagers... There are exceptions. I loved the lessons of my teacher of Greek and Latin at the high school. He really knew how to engage us.
This music for a sleepy afternoon, I´ll listen to it while I try to relax a bit.
It´s from a Spanish Barroque composer and guitarrist:

of orange tree flowers and dried orange zest.

Hey Daydreamers, here is a remarkable video from Baron Grim on another thread. It is of a remarkable which is weird because I am an arachnaphobe. But this spider looks like he wants a job as an air traffic controller on aircraft carrier. Not sure what the narration is but the visual is outstanding:

I thought you all might enjoy it.

Hello Maria and Elektra and thanks for those videos! Wonderful relaxing music and beautiful little spiders! I think every one of those 'moves' means something to those spiders.

Here is why those cute Koala bears hug trees. It is heat transfer. Trunks of trees are cooler because they are piping groundwater up to the leaves, so if the animals cling to the trunks they don't have to pant and lose water as much to keep cool.

Peanut and all other Daydreamers lucky enough to have s, it is Hug-Your-Cat day in the US, but it is a good habit anyday. Just not too tightly unless they are into that.
