Hi. Yes, thanks, I'm fine now.
My skin is a lot better since I take care what I eat. But I don't manage to completely leave away all the things I should not eat, I just reduce it to a minimum and that seems to work.

There's a lot to do at the moment again. At work I have to finish the next step of a project this week or next week. I have a lot finished but there are still problems in some places.
For hootoo I help with working on a better Barlesque and a lot of smaller things. I always think things will calm down but it never happens.

I am happy that diet seems to be improving matters for you. That is a much safer alternative than drugs or dubious treatments that the white coats dream up. I'll press my thumbs for your work project.

I'm OK, might have a lead on a few jobs. You take care of yourself.

Oh yes, ith's a lot better than this therapy I got.
My collegue just took a look at my project and was surprised how much I have done already, so I guess it's fine.

Here it was very warm too, now it's cooler and rainy, which is good because we really need rain.
