Hmmm... I think I'd go to the Agatean Empire and sell something of minor value to finance my trip on the rest of the Disc...

Well, in the Agatean Empire (where Twoflower comes from) gold is so common you get paid a whole lot of it for something not very valuable... Try reading Interesting Times, that's set there!

Oh, now I remember. Twoflower, of course, but I don't think that I've read any other book where it was mentioned.

That's because according to them, the rest of the world is inhabited by blood-sucking ghosts!

You're forgetting yourself- the Agatean Empire doesn't exist!
i Twoflower, just as Twoflower
Ankh-Morpork
I remember something TP said at the Oxford festival: He can never write weak women, because they're all tough at heart. Even Magrat's got something about her, the way she puts up with the other two and takes charge of her own life. Then of course, the epitomy (s?)of all toughies, Mrs.Cake
Have you read Going Postal? On the outside of the Post Office it says:
DONT ARSK US ABOUT:
rocks
trolls with sticks
all sorts of dragons
Mrs Cake
Huje green things with teeth
Any kinds of black dogs with orange eyebrows
Rains of spaniel's
fog
Mrs Cake.

Oh, you'Re one of those meanies who can afford them new in hardback? I'm still waiting for "Hat Full of Sky" to ship...

I've just finished reading 'Going Postal'. Brilliant! Although, I admit Moist's name did keep distracting me.

I know there are a lot of TP books I have yet to read... 'Wee Free Men', even though it is supposedly for children.

Going Postal was really good, but I think it was a bit different from the others I've read so far.

Tavaron da Quirm - Arts Editor Posted Jun 5, 2005
I'm sure you'll read it. I got it from the library, is there no chance for you to get it that way?
Terry Pratchett
Malabarista - now with added pony Posted Jun 5, 2005
Only in German, I refuse to do that! Also, new books cost extra there...

Tavaron da Quirm - Arts Editor Posted Jun 5, 2005
That's why I read all in German, they didn't have them in English at the library. But I decided that the next one I buy will be in English. But I don't know which one I'll get.
