I'm not sure that simple is any better than stupid
The majority of Colonels I have met have been very intelligent, educated at least to degree level and would have a fair idea of what any expert was talking about and if they didn't, would then go and find out. But that is RL life of course. If they aren't intelligent then they get promoted to Brigadier !
Anyhoo, it is still pretty good fun to watch and cheers up a Monday evening no end.
Do you know when Enterprise is back on?

it was a real eyeful today... those shirts rip way to easily.
What a shame... not!
Not sure when Enterprise is back, but from what I hear, it's trying to entertain young men even more than usual.
sigh.

Sean Bean... beard, black gear, BIG SWORD!
*swoon*
(it's the first ad break in tonight's Henry VIII - but I had to get that off my chest.)
Phwoar!

and so... imagine my delight when The Beanster turns up doing a voiceover for Morrisons in one of the Henry VIII ad breaks
*the sound of Sho's knicker elastic spontaneously combusting*
He makes the word Broccoli sould sexy, for crying out loud! Bean's voice should be made illegal!

I did!
Hmm, let me guess....
Is that a pool of drool I can see from you Sho? Would that have anything to do with a certain Daniel and his bicep curls??

I did too, lots of shooting
I'm surprised all those candles didn't set off the smoke alarms and sprinklers

*hands out lifejackets because the is approaching flood proportions*
oh nice amounts of biceps in there. I saw on the behind the Stargate scenes thing that Christopher Judge has put on 35lbs... I think they're all in his chest and arms.
As for Daniel, well he does look a lot older these days (he's only about 33 IRL, he looks about 40) but oh boy...nice muscle shirt
(we really need a swoon smiley!) and
OK, and for you ladies (and possibly men) missing Jonas. A delectable treat for you from my friends at Pink Khaki (a sci-fi/fantasy fanzine).
Corin Nemec is Thunk of the month.

The zine is well worth reading, there is a hilarious fic and some interesting reports from Gatecon.

Oh and I completely forgot... what is it with all those candles?
I had 7 candles burning last night, no heating on, and it was swealtering!
Still, it does make for a lovely romantic...
Look away Mr. Prophet!
...it does make for a lovely romantic setting for Daniel/Teal'c to... get to know each other all over again

if you look around Pink Khaki, you'll see pictures of Colin Cunningham (Major "cutiepie" Davis) in stockings too...
And there is one, I think of him kissing Corin Nemec for charity (someone I actually know paid them $500 to do that!)

I saw one rugger play take his shirt off to reveal what looked like a cropped top. I wondered if it was a support bandage type thingy and No1 son said 'no it isn't, its a man bra'
