i try not to take too many drugs...just the occasional paracetamol, really, even for tonsillitis...

If I didn't take my daily antihistamine, I'd have a big problem with unwanted hives ... I'd rather take a little pill vs. itching for hours!

This has been a particularly bad year for pollen around here.

But this tiny 24-hour pill makes all the difference!
Ok, it doesn't keep me from sneezing at all, but at least it's *better* than without it.

If I don't have any Ibuprofen at the start of teh day then my legs don't really hold up for it. But I've got a horrible cold at the moment too
