College Student...

Well, my first day over. I wasn't intending on being online today but I had to reply to an email from my friend so I thought I'd come lurk for a while. It's that or knitting, looking out equipment for college or setting up my sisters computer and net connection and wasting the last time I'll ever be able to come online without having to book a time slot was preferable. (She'll be online perminantly and will share *my* connection so I'll only be on late night or days off...not that you'll miss me
)
College was really good actually, I saw that 
and just walked past, and met these three girls, Janet, Francis and Arwen, who were really nice to me and I got on with really well and it's only an ickle class so it shouldn't be too scary...plus I get Thursday Afternoons AND Fridays off! Yay!!!
Today was filled with talks and form filling, which sucked. I've got a HUGE list of stuff I need to buy, most of the stuff I've got is ancient and falling to bits: soft brushes, hog brushes, drawing pencils, rubbers, low odour fixative, pastels, willow charcoal, conte crayons, compressed charcoal, stanley knife + extra blades, scissors, masking tape, water container, pritt sticks, small stapler & staples, A3, A4, A5 sketchpads, acrylic paints, oil paints, tool box, a camera...plus £25 which I have to fork over to the college for things like clay and tempera. Urgh. And I've got to have the bulk of this for Monday...
Tutors all seem really nice, but all the classes I like the sound of are at the end of the week...least the sucky life ones are over with. Can't wait to try sculpture
