I'm so sorry!
I didn't get much time online yesterday as it was so hot here (over 100 degrees in my back garden where there's no wind!) I wasl almost melting!
Just what we need...
The engineer couldn't repair my pc, so he built me a new one.
Am I doing seti?
Am I!
I'm on my third unit since I downloaded it after he left, this new machine is doing the units in just under 12 hours.
Taking Andrew to Pleasure Island today, mustn't forget the sun lotion as the heatwave is set to continue...
See you all later!!

Great news, AGB
It's almost impossible to repair a PC now, you just replace the faulty cards. With any luck the replacement cards have more possibilities than the old ones

We did have fun, thanks!
I'm exhausted...
The engineer built me a new pc, there's a new tower & D Drive, and a new keyboard.
I'm not complaining, my pc was still under warranty.

Strangely enough, since he repaired everything, I am now back in black GOO.
I wonder why I had blue GOO for so little time.
What a big tease.
I might treat myself to a new monitor when I get moved.
The surveyor is going round the bungalow tomorrow, paid for by me, I might walk round there & time him, the surveyor that came here was here 20 mins.
I paid £195 for the services of mine, so if he's there 20 mins as well, that's £585 the hourly rate - and I thought Solicitors were expensive...the one I have employed has written to me thanking me for engaging his services and mentioned that he charges £95 per hour.

Oh yes.
I haven't deleted your letter, I keep reading it!
I watched half a film last night with Sam from Cheers, Ted Danson as a psychic, and his real-life wife Mary Steenburgen {?} the other half is tonight, it was gripping! It's a true-life story as well, about a famous American psychic whose name escapes me..
Taking my son shopping this morning, wish me luck!
I've promised him a McDonalds if he behaves.
Bribery.
Pah.
When I was in my 20's I wouldn't have set foot in McDonalds & I said "I'm not going to be one of those parents who bribes her kids! Or feeds them crap!"
