I was a military emergency field evacuation medic - I'm known for getting in IV's the FIRST time. I also am a dab hand at preliminary animal care.
I also am a nuclear, biological, and chemical responder.

That would be grand... I note that sweets are popular, and wonder what contributions I might offer. I am actually better at appetizers and hot entrees than sweets, but can always read the directions on mix boxes if cakes or cookies are required.

Are you a vegetarian too? I can make two entrees, one vegan and one not, if necessary.

I'm no vegetarian. 
I figure if God didn't want us to eat meat, he wouldn't have made it taste so good. However, I do try to take care of my body, so I have had a few veggie-burgers before. 
The dishes sound good, though. I'll try anything once.
When I said I was an environmentalist, that ment I'm into earth
remedies for use in my healing techniques.
