That's not good.
I have just spoken to the conveyancing guy, he states that he has spoken to the other sides solicitor and the problem is that two days before they asked for the redemption figure Amber Loans were taken over by another company, so it is all in a state of flux. Does this mean anything to you.

ooops ... trust you to get one like that
no, not heard anything along those lines but then we don't deal with Amber Home Loans much .... once or twice a year max I'd say.
Don't worry .... you just have to chill and let it run it's course , you rarely get any of these situations that doesn't eventually get sorted. At least you're not waiting to move in so think of it as all part of life's great tapestry (easy to say when it's not my house I know )
I'm off out in a bit but I'll pop in again when I get back so let me know how it goes ...
and DON'T WORRY

All good fun really.
I will buy the Merlot on the way home.
I enjoy playing in court. I took the view today that this client was quite well known in Milton keynes, and why he had no chance of winning, he or his friends will be involved in something along the way. Therefore if i attack the witness and alienate the court in a bit of a 'show', the client will leave court knowing that his defence is prepared to stand there ground against overwhelming odds, and take the fight to them, so when he gets nicked for something good, hopefully he will come to me MERCENARY B>>>>>D
TIred now though, Court duty takes it out of you, I have to take instructions, read law and present a case all in an hour, aswell as juggle my own cases.

I was joking about the rude conversation, it was ment as a good illustarion of how wound up I was, and that light hearted conversation as a distraction would be good. In relation to confusing you with someone else, please credit me with having a slightly sharper mind than to make such a faux pais.
I apologise if i offended you.

It is moving in the right direction
hello
Researcher 1214535 Posted Jun 1, 2005
so, bad day at Black Rock today .... what's tomorrow got in store for you? I'm back at work so will probably be around from time to time depending on how much cr*p has landed on my desk while I've been away and also depending on how tomorrow's completion goes .... it's been a b*mmer up til now so no reason to suppose it'll change tomorrow
what do you do with your evenings when the bike is a non-starter??
hello
Researcher 1214535 Posted Jun 1, 2005
well if monies have been exchanged then the house should be yours ...
quite right too if he's pressing for interest for late completion ... better in your pocket than their don't ya think??
