I, on the other hand, still have 2 more days off .... coming up to your neck of the woods today shopping so won't be around here again until this evening

hope the house completes with the minimum of chaos and mayhem smiley - ok

hi honey smiley - smiley

yep I saw you waving as we were sitting in that queue on the M1 .... you looked a bit p*ssed off, now I know why ....

shopping was expensive smiley - sadface but then no worse than expected and we made it home before the rush so what more could I have asked really ...

sorry to hear about the house ... I trust you are charging them the appropriate interest for non-completion? Does it look like it'll be on the cards for tomorrow?? Good job you weren't selling as well ... you could have been spending the night in a removal van

I bet you're on your way home now so maybe I'll catch you later on or if not then tomorrow

smiley - hug

Charge them the required interest, that's a new one on me, how does that work then.

I am glad you saw me waving, hope it made your day.

Milton Keynes is expensive, why is that.

i hope to complete tommorrow, do you know why it would be so hard to get a redemption figure???

I AM SO STRESSED

xx

hello

Post 90

Researcher 1214535

If you've exchanged Contracts there would have been a completion date written into the Contract .... if they then don't complete on that day they get charged interest at a prescribed rate (also written into the Contract) for every day they are late

The redemption figure is probably just the BSoc being totally inefficient ... some of them are just SO useless it's unbelievable and they refuse to give redemption figures over the phone smiley - grr

don't get stressed ... it'll all sort itself out smiley - hug

I hope so, the conveyancing solicitor I have known for about 8 years, so that's why i used him, he is getting a bit sheepish now, but he said he would have the redemption figure by 17.00 today and would ring me to confirm, he didn't call!!!

We shall see how tommorrow goes, I think I might nip i there when I get 2 minutes, i am duty solicitor to the court tommorrow so if it is quite I'll pop out for a couiple of minutes.

So whaty did you buy in Milton Keynes anything nice.

Got my car back today, the radiator is still leaking, so will have to go to BMW main dealer. Your car was a result, did the mechanic suck his teeth

xx

Post 92

Researcher 1214535

so who's this guy acting for?? .... if he's acting for you he doesn't need the redemption figure smiley - erm that'd be down to the other side ... be a nice well-behaved client and let him get on with it I should smiley - rofl ... if you're still messing around with maybe this date and maybe that date it suggests you haven't actually exchanged yet - you can exchange and complete simultaneously tho so maybe that's what they're hoping for ....

We came up to get some stuff for eldest to wear to her school Prom at the end of the month ... managed to get that so it was worth the trip smiley - ok

smiley - laugh no strangely he didn't .... I took it to the local F1 and they are quite tame down there unlike Quikfit who wrecked the exhaust on my last car getting it off and then calmly told me it would take them 3 days to get a replacement smiley - grr

Yours sounds like it might be expensive smiley - yikes

I am defence brief - nice and well behaved - don't go with the personalitysmiley - biggrinsmiley - biggrinsmiley - biggrin, but I will sit back and let it happen.

I had my daughter round last night and took a photo of her with my new camera, wow don't they grow up quicksmiley - erm, I remember her falling over and running to jump in my arms, it seems like yesterdaysmiley - smiley

I am defending a guy tommorrow who was sacked from work and decided it would be a good idea, the prosecution allege, to punch his employer, as well as being MK court duty. I think the lad will plead, and hopefully nothing to major will happen over night that needs my attenmtion in morning. What you upto.

I have just been to see if i had a merlot in the r5ack and don't, do you know when you just fancy a glass

smiley - laugh well look at it this way if you can't do well-behaved .. let him earn his vastly inflated fee by sorting things out without you having to get involved smiley - ok

You're right, they certainly grow up quickly ... how old is your daughter?? My eldest is nearly 16 ... she's already 2 inches taller than me (which isn't hard admittedly) and with the shoes we bought her today she look bluddy tall from down here smiley - laugh

Tomorrow the girls are off to spend the day at their dad's ... I'm going to go to the gym then to Sainsburys smiley - yawn they we're out to dinner with my mum and dad in the evening, then unfortunately, Thursday I have to go back to work smiley - sadface

Are your kids looking forward to getting into the new house?

hello

Post 95

Busa1400

You have an e-mail.

they are looking forward to staying i think. I don't know wether to live in it or use it as an investment property. Up here there is a company called Northwood who guarantee your rental income, and that quite intreges me.

I just needed to be back on property ladder, not enough to worry about, I need to worry about the baserate aswell.

nothing arrived here yet smiley - sadface not unusual for ntl ... it'll probably arrive sometime next week if I'm lucky

I guess renting/living there depends on whether the rental will cover the mortgage ... what about the place you're living in now - can you stay on there if need be??

hello

Post 97

Busa1400

I can stay here, and i quite like it, it is only a little two bed place, but it is big enough for me, and I am not sure i want to move.

Rental should cover mortgage, we'll have to see.

WEe'll I suppose I had better get ready for bed.
