Hello my
I'm moving this Friday (23rd)
I didn't let you know sooner but have been fairly busy (as in very busy)
I'm hoping to have everything moved over Friday and all of it sorted out and unpacked over the weekend
I do have next week off to recover from it and get settled in though
I hope all is well with you

Hey Frank ... great news!!
So all that packing/decorating/hastle was worth it after all then
I couldn't be more pleased for you ... fingerscrossed that everything goes without a hitch on the Big Day ... are you still moving yourself ??
Time Time Time
Bedwilldo Posted Sep 19, 2005
Yes I am moving myself
I have a couple of vans and a willing friend to use and abuse
Pluss I have a couple of days to do it in as the keys to the new place are available from Thursday ans the new people moving here aren't moving in 'till Saturday
I hope it works out that way as you know something is bound to go wrong

Researcher 1214535 Posted Sep 19, 2005
well good luck with it it'll be a lot of work but like you say, it'll save you a small fortune and once it's done you've got all the time in the world to do the unpacking
Have you managed to rope The Family into giving you a hand or is the address till a well guarded secret ??
Time Time Time
Bedwilldo Posted Sep 19, 2005
They know the address alright but I don't think I'll get too many casual visits
I am going to get some help from the family yes but how much use it'll be is up for debate
I don't think I'll be any better off financialy though I certainly wont be worse off...
I definitely will be mentally better off though

Researcher 1214535 Posted Sep 19, 2005
well maybe a bit of distance between you and them will make you all appreciate each other a bit more
I don't think you ever end up better off when you move house, there's always stuff that needs to be done and never enough cash to do it with ... but if you're breaking even then you're doing something right
When does the new job start??

Bedwilldo Posted Sep 19, 2005
Absence makes the heart grow fonder as they say
I'll have some money to play with when it all goes through so any *unexpected* expenses can be catered for
That last one is a good question that I have no official answer to though as far as I'm concerned it starts when I move...
I got a call earlier asking who was covering me this weekend and I said how should I know, I didn't even know I was down to work it and even if I was I wouldn't be able to... They're management let them sort it out

Hello my
I hope all is well with you??
I've all moved in now and I'm gradually getting things sorted out and where I want them. Been doing some shopping for furniture to replace stuff of mine that either wouldn't fit here or got relegated to the garage as tool cupboards.
I didn't realise how much paperwork is involved I hate paperwork
I'm still up to my neck in trying to sort that out
Apart from the paperwork (and a long list of DIY I can see happening soon)I'm enjoying every minute here

Hey Frank
glad everything went ok and your in and settled ... I know what you mean about the paperwork tho - it just goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on ......... oh well, it'll all be worth it in the end
I must admit I didn't expect that you'd have the pc unpacked this soon ... glad to see you got your priorities right
Well, this is a real flying visit tonight - can't stop - things to do, people to see ... you know how it is
But I just wanted to say hello and a great big Welcome to your New Home - I hope you'll have lots of happy times there my friend
Catch you again tomorrow if you're about

Bedwilldo Posted Sep 26, 2005
for the welcome
I would've had the pooter set up earlier if I could've found the bolts for my desk...
Still haven't found them (prob'ly been chucked away) but have set it up *temporarilly* 'till I find them or something else to do the trick
I hope you enjoy your company and I'll chat with you soon

Hello Karen
Have been very busy so haven't been about on here too much I'm afraid
I'm fine myself apart from being shattered and the house is comming along nicely though there is still a lot to do
I'd like to know what CD that is or maybe it's better that I don't
How are you doing?
I hope all is your end.
Chat soon!!
