you must have a clear conscious to sleep like that 
...
I used to sleep like the dead until I had the girls ... then I think you get tuned into waking up at the slightest 
noise 
Still, I also learned a valueable lesson which was that I cannot function successfully on anything less than 5 hours sleep a night ... which I have to bear in mind these days when I get chatting on here late at night

I think 5/6 hours is just about right
If I have any more sleep than that I feel all lethargic and have a horrible day.

No, I need more like 7 hours to feel vaguely human ... which I rarely get these days so normally feel pretty sub-human 
Being single certainly does have it's pros and cons, you're right, one of the pros being not having to watch football

well, you and I will have to exchange virtual s and s to make up for the lack of real ones in our lives at the moment 
right ... now I'm off to slump mindlessly in front of the tv until the kids come back from their dad's house at 8
