I'll try.
You doubted whether the Professor's female counterpart was really modelled on him? Hmm....
(That's me expressing doubt, by the way. )

Good good! I'd even go as far as to say Excellent!
Oh no... but I've forgotten what it was I was expressing doubt about now...

Oh really? What're you there for.
BTW, DrMO, I'm sorry to say that your letter didn't make it into Ask Prof this week because my e-mail client was playing up, and when I got it working again I didn't have time to write a reply.
It'll be in the next issue though, no worries.

£150??
Yeesh, I've never had that much all at the same time... unless you count the £50 that I'm not allowed to touch.
But did you enjoy it all then?

Blech, I'm not getting Windoze XP until it can be conclusively proven to me that an NT-based operating system can run decent games. Windoze 2000 couldn't.

And you would, I suppose.
I wouldn't. I'd get another two pairs of trousers, seeing as I only have two pairs... then I'd get a jumper too, as I only have two jumpers... then I'd buy as much Monty Python stuff as possible, Flanders and Swann, HitchHikers stuff, Blackadder... I'm rambling aren't I?
