It's called Storybook Love and I forget who it's by. I sung it for my wedding.
"Come my love, I'll tell you a tale/ Of a boy and girl, and their love story..."
It's a wonderful song...
I like Matrix, Night at the Roxbury, Veggietales of all types, comedies in general, and lots of other movies.

When I phoned home, I found out that my sister Rebekah has bought around 10 new CDs, including the soundtracks to films such as "Elizabeth", but more importantly "The Princess Bride" and "Labyrinth". "Labyrinth" has to be one of the BEST films ever!
Sadly, though, I haven't seen "Night at the Roxbury" - and I wasn't a fan of "The Matrix".

I consider Matrix to be in another sort of category than the others i like. i like it for the special effects rather than much else. i love the labyrinth also. her dress is so pretty. i like pretty dresses and hair like in princess bride. i really like a lot of movies, but princess bride is my favorite.

The trouble with the Matrix as regards special effects, in my opinion (you can disagree, and it's good if you do - don't let yourself be bullied into what I think ) is essentially it's marketing strategy. I must have seen the "Matrix" trailer at least 30 times before I saw the film, and all the "Oh! Wow!" special effects they had didn't effect me as I'd already got used to them by seeing them too often in the trailors. As it was about special effects, and by the time I saw them, they weren't special anymore, "The Matrix" fell apart for me. It was a good story idea, but they hadn't concentrated on it enough, and without the "wow" to back it up, I came out of the
cinema disappointed, and I wasn't the only one.
I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more if they hadn't shown the trailor, or hadn't put the special effects in the trailor. The effects were good, but you knew they were coming, and when they arrived you just thought "Oh, so that's when that effect fits in the story..." and not "WOW!!!"

You do have a point there. I was lucky enough to not have seen ANY trailers- that's the advantage of not watching TV,-and so they were all new to me. I have had that experience with other movies, though, when you see all the good parts of the movie in the ads and then all that's left is boring drama. That's too bad that they did that because all the special effects were relatively new to taht movie and they let you see them all before the movie. Oh well.

I'd seen the trailer on TV and in cinemas, and yes, it is true that sometimes you see a trailer and feel you've seen the whole film. They were good effects, and I was impressed when I saw the trailer for the first time. I just think they'd better work out a better marketing strategy.
"The Princess Bride" and "Labyrinth", on the other hand, have charm - and that is something that repeated viewing can never take away.

Have you seen "The Dark Crystal?" That one was pretty good too, another of Jim Henson's...

yes the dark crystal, labyrinth, the princess bride they don't make them like that anymore. But has anyone seen the Last Unicorn, surely that is the best film ever, along with withnail and I and Empire records of course

I'd like to see "The Last Unicorn" too. The other I don't know about, but "Withnail And I" is a classic British film, an all time cult film considered to be so superb you cannot find the words. And I haven't seen it either.

Sounds interesting. I wonder if any video stores here in West Texas have it. Doubt it, but I'll look! Thanks for the tip.
