...And says*
Hello!
Been in London from 22nd July until 25th. Now I'm tired. But I'll tell you why:
Having won the Berkshire county board Young Enterprise finals, we went on to the Southeast England ones. These were held in Horsham. An amazing thing happened: despite brilliant and very hard competition we won and went on to represent the entire Southeast (excluding London: they're a region on their own) in the whole UK finals!!!
These were held in London, at the Savoy Hotel!!! So, our team was sent of on an all-expenses-paid trip! The competition prize giving was on the 24th, after we performed our presentations at the Savoy Hotel to a full banquetting hall! We didn't win, but we all really enjoyed ourselves!!!
Got back Wednesday. Going on holiday to Scotland on Sunday, and now very very tired!!! Our Young Enterprise company is finished and fully liquidated, we've been paid (the entirety of £64.95) and starting up as a limited company next year! Wow!
I'll be quiet now!

Just back from the Meet
Posted Jul 7, 2001
Still reeling from the 'I met people' thing!
Note to anyone coming over to say hi after the meet, (in particular Trilly [of course], Yeliab, Frankie Roberto, Uncle Heavy, Shazz, Peta, Mark, and well, frankly everyone I spoke to! )
Sorry I had to miss the 2nd half, but I'm sure I'll hear about it soon to go very green!
But for now I'm , so I'll see you tomorrow!

I think that just *had* to be said!
Guess what. I'm in Lower Sixth, and it's March. That means...
IT'S PREFECT CHANGEOVER TIME!!!
Sad I know, but it's been my ambition since those days (oh, so long ago, *sob*) to be a Prefect, or better head girl:
I made Prefect nominations... Then I made Head Girl nominations... And then, I GOT MADE DEPUTY HEAD GIRL!!! Yey!
And if that's not enough... I'm House Captain AS WELL!!! Wow would be the only word!!! I might not be house captain for the whole year; my Head of House is going to review it in a few months if I am finding I've got too much on, and if the other girl who wants to be House Captain proves she's prepared to take on the work load!
So much work! I can't wait to get started!!! I'm officially deputy and house captain from 8:30am tomorrow!
YIPPEE!!!

P.s. Excuse me for the long, slightly selfish ramblings, I'm just vaguely happy! Nothing wrong with that! Is there...
