Hey, did anyone see "You've Been Framed" the other day? They had this cat trying to open a door to what looked like a dining room, poor thing was holding on for dear life to the handle, then as the door opened, about 4 other cats ran into the room, and the cat on the door jumped down and joined them! It was a right laugh!!!!!!

LOL! Anyone know how to keep Presious off the key pad? Each day begins with me taking a duster to the key board to get the long white hairs off! When I'm playing music on the DVD in Mac she puts her face against the speakers & then bats the mouse around! Her favorite song is:'In The Good Old Summertime'! Sheesh-what a cat!

When Tibby used to abode here, I let her laze around in my bedroom, which is where my computer is, and she often used to sit behind me where the radiator is, and I had the mouse on the stool next to me, and she was attracted by the clicking, and sometimes she used to give me such a fright when she jumped up onto the stool and started headbuttting my hand! I then had to divert my attention away from the computer and give her cuddle before she would leave me alone! She must have been worried that I had more feelings for the computer than her! Lol! She's such a sweetie.......

*kitty has seen keyboard covers - two types, one that is waterproof and rubberised and even has the "F" and "J" dimples on... for use while typing... makes it harder to type but protects the keyboard... they use them in Ændr's mother's hospital [she works in an operating theatre] to help keep clean and ward off infection because they can be wiped with disinfectant and prevent dust from geting out from between the keys].. the other is an overnight keyboard cover - for use when the keyboard is not in use. Take a piece of cardboard the size of the keyboard, glue a piece of material to the top and sew a skirt of material around it... the material can match the room decor that way... and hey presto an keyboard cover... if Precious is really sneaky then add a strap of material crossing the width about the middle of the length, with a popper or velcro, so that it fastens to the keyboard and cannot be shifted...*

Great minds do think alike! I'd thought of the cardboard version using the scraps of pine or cedar from the trim of the cabin!

®ndr, your Kitty's post showed up early this am!!! I've been over that same spot many times!!! Must be the Fairies at it again! I had another strange event on another thread as well! One moment we were all in one spot...the next we were all scattered! Some of the people REALLY became mad! I could understand a bit of confusion...but it wasn't as if we where working on the cure for cancer! Sheesh!

h2g2 has put me through some changes...but I still love it!

Have you been to the Vet, er Dr.? I always ask to go to the Vet...they
find the problem wothout asking a thing! Glad you're on the mend. I'm
nearly over those crummy headaches! It's trying to storm again. Have you seen any news about our wet wheather?!?

I'm back to working mid-nights...Uhg! Kitty can stay all Summer if you
like! I've been freezing chunks of orange roughy in cartons of dolphin milk! 'Fish cicles'! All the neighors have donated their empty milk cartons for the treats! Be well...Pan

Do you always work midnights? What time do you normally work?

I usually start about 10:30pm & go until I start getting stupid... about 7am or so. Then I do my housework, laundry, etc. and TRY to sleep...I haven't yet gotten in touch with my nocturnal side...so it's been very hard. Then I cook something...usually rice & apples (yum).
I'm sleeping in the woods the next few nights. Got a hammock next to the River (once I forgot I was in the hammock...sound asleep & had to re-cycle the water I seemed to have a hard time getting up, but still hadn't realized I was hanging between trees...I got up on the 'wrong side of the bed' HA! LOL!!! I fell right down the hill & my foot went right into the cold, cold river! Talk about a RUDE awakening!) The weather report says 61 degrees & cloudy tonight & 81 & cloudy for the next few days. Yeah! I get to swim! Ahhh! Crank up the Ceryl Crow & exercise 'til it's time to nap...my Dad taught me how to float w/ my arms & ankles crossed & sleep! It's really fun at night with the lights on the pool turned off. When I focus on the stars it begins to feel as though I'm floating in outter space! You just want to remember to not TRY to lay on your side!!! LOL!!!

*Kitty's pet is off camping TODAY!... he pulls over a _big_ cart laden with goodies for humans and cats to eat and drink..., curls up by Pandora's log fire and falls soundly asleep, leaving her to put away the groceries (and Ændr's cakes)*

*Pandora quietly put away a nice choccy cake along with an entire pot of peppermint tea Pandy wishes she had a pet like Kitty's...Pan can hardly wait to give Kitty is first orange roughy, dolphin milk cicle Yummy! There are even a few crab cicles ~ After work, in th wee hours, I'm going to go down to the camp ground & have Kitty roar a couple times *te-he-te-he* the hunters have benn naughty again.
I think they're after turkey. I want to go mushroom picking in the morning & bring back vines for wreaths. Kitty grumbled something about carrying a saddle bag for the mushrooms. He was really sleep. So am I. I think We'll take this peaceful opportunity to have sweet dreams.
