Who am I
Who am I ? well thats a question i seem to dither about for the whole of my life! my name is Allan Wester or westy to my mates, or a selection of other anecdotes depending on the amount of alcohol installed to there systems. I tend to work in the most hostile places possible ranging from the likes of the North sea and Alaska to other extremes such as Papau New Guinee and Angola . Next question : what do I do for these periods while I am away ? well apart from my weight fluctuating like a yoyo due too famines of alcohol to tidal waves of the stuff when i am back in Englands green and Pleasant lands. i am a marine Superintendant or also a tanker man , heavy rigger, seaman, and 2nd mate in the merchant navy all of these things i do , and i like to think i do them quite well.
At present if i am not in england i am working 40 miles off the coast off an island called Isla De Bioko which is part of the country of equatorial guinee, (dont go there not a nice place) on an FPSO , which is, lets just say an oil platform.
Well when i am at home i own a house on another island in england called the Isle of Wight. there i live on my own however am still trying to talk the girl frend who i am missing desperatly at present to move in with me .
I enjoy travelling. and a bit of advic to you all is that if you are going to travel somewhere do it spur of the moment, just go! completely off the cuff and see when the wind takes you, keeps my girlfriend excited with life as well as with me .
