Me, I took a long walk in the sunshine. I'm reading a book by Umberto Ecco about Medival England, with knights and battles. I like the Rennaisance and Medival history-particularly tales of King Arthur and his knights! What are you reading?

I'm confused too!! It's warmer than yesterday. I'm just out about doing errands around town. Now, everyone here gets ready for Easter. Me, well, I go to church, usually on Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday. We get flowers in church. I was baptised a Methodist but I go to the Presbyterian church. I'm not a holy roller though. Were you baptised? If you don't mind my asking...

Hi

Excellent work!! You get 100% and an A for your effort. Next week there will be another quiz! Remember with multiple guess to eliminate the questions you know are wrong and then narrow them down to the right choice!

Hi

Post 159

dakeyras

im sorry im great apparently

Hi

No, I'm sorry! I thought you might find it fun. I play this game "Trivial Pursuits". The questions are sometimes easy and sometimes hard about all kinds of stuff, literature, history. Just for fun!

For multiple choice questions we were told in school to read through all of the questions on the test and answer the ones we were sure of first. Then to go back to the questions that we didn't know and read each question carefully. After reading the question, look at each answer and cross out the answers you know are wrong. Usually you can eliminate two answers. Then, you have two left. You have to decide the right answer. Say the question is: What year was the civil war in America? You narrowed the answers to two : a) 1812 or b) 1780. Well, say you know the civil war was in the 1800's. You select 1812 as the answer, which is correct. When you answer the question, Don't change your answer!!! Your first choice is right, usually.

It's raining and a,little cold here. Do you want to write an essay on a question I had on a test when I was 16? Here it is, you can do what you want. Okay. Here's the question:

Q) Write an essay in which you discuss whether or not the United States made a morally defensable decision to drop the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan during World War Two. Defend your point of view.

You and Steph have me thinking of tests I took in School!! I can help you if you want to know test taking strategies.
