I feel *so* much better already!
Just went power shopping in my local super market. So many bargains today. Now I have so much food in the fridge I don't know where to start. Should I cook a curry with pork and apples tonight? Or grilled salmon-steaks with pasta and a garlic- and basil-spiced tomato-sauce?
One thing is for sure: I'll open at least one bottle of australian shiraz/cabernet sauvignon red wine from Nottage Hill

I decided to try the apple/pork/curry-thing. Wanted to experiment a little, so I used garam massala ("hot spice") instead of curry. It wasn't all that I had hoped for, but I will continue the experiment with the leftovers tonight 
But the wine was all that I had hoped for (small wonder, I have tried it dozens of time before )
