I wasn't terribly affected by 'Silence of the Lambs', which is interesting, because I expected to be scared silly. I'm really a terrible wuss. I expect I was doing something else at the same time as watching it, so didn't invest completely emotionally in it.

i used to be a terrible wuss myself. had lots of nightmares after watching scary movies when i was a boy. but these days i only find nightmares interesting

i am absolutely silly with old actors. the older the better. katherine hepburn, jessica tandy, sir john gielgud. and i can't wait to see nicholson in 'the departed' tonight

robert altman died . i loved "M.A.S.H." (the movie). oh well, he was 81 and he finally got an Oscar this year, so i guess it was his time

I loved M.A.S.H the series. One of the gems of American TV.

i still love it but they show it on early morning tv on w*rkdays only, so i seldom get around to see it

aye. the advantage of those thingies is, that once you have taped something you don't have to watch it

True - or you just never find the time to watch the films you taped. I think that's wha we stopped taping them in the end.

I could never figure out how to tape things.
