exams

my exams have finally arrived. i had my first one today (actually that's a lie i had my first one thursday last week but it is an extension class so i don't count it). so i have english tomorrow and i'm stressed because i have to remember quotes and ideals and techniques and effects and things and there are lots of them!!!!! 
and also someone asked me out today which was not entirely exactly the best timing but meh!?!

the LHC

they turned the LHC on today at approximately 9:30 am GMT. it cost 9 billion dollars or euros? to build and they've been working on it for years and years and years and years and it's way extremely cool. and they could create mini black holes that might eat the earth (but even if they do they probably won't eat it). anyway this is very exciting for me because i am a science nerd and they've been talking about all the things they could find because of it for a really long time and it's generally very exciting. (by the way LHC stands for Large Hadron Collider and it is a particle accelerator and it will accelerate protons up to 99.9999991% of the speed of light, which is really effing fast and also really effing awesome!!!!!!!!)

contrary to most people i like having no new posts because it makes it very easy to keep everything neat and tidy. not that i like tidyness, i actually prefer messiness.

i saw rocky horror tonight and it was EXTREMELY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on stage and everything. it was really frikkin' fantastic.
