archiduc - who are you?
I use the name "ARCHIDUC" as a nom de plume as the names that I wanted were used already. Archiduc is the name of a sauce, appears to be masculine but the truth is I`m female - in my other life I`m a duchess!
Anyway, I studied food and nutrition, worked in the Catering and Hospitality industry including a stint abroad, returned to the UK and worked in retail and commercial enterprises. Following this, I was employed in the University sector teaching and developing courses based on my previous experiences.
