Just got home from the Sally Ann with a bagful of packets and tins of food and some fresh veg — all to make up, at least in part, what went south from the fridge/freezer last week.

Well I'm not a newbie just a rareity 
Guess what I got let out of the fun factory for a couple of days
Got to go back on Saturday though. I have had one foray to the local pub with work mates and I left them abit worse for wear at the train station and then sauntered back home on my todd still sober never mind will try again another time
But they did learn that I am not the one to have a drinking contest with

Still here, I think I ache like hell but that's nothing new I usually do of an evening, the joy's of manual labour. Its a great way to loose weight and tone up at the same time though. I've nearly lost a stone in weight now and gone down a size so now I have to get myself some new clothes

I found a great way to cool off mid week I was tanking up a train and the water hose flew off and I got soaked gave 100+ guys a laugh as I walked back into the depot looking like a drowned rat. On the plus side I have made a few more friends among the guys doing the bearings on the trains and others
