Hi Venus in Leather!
Welcome to H2G2, the earth edition of the best guide to hitchhiking through the galaxy. You have a lot of sisters in other garments hanging around in here
You'll find lots of friendly and mostly harmless people in here, who love to meet you, chat with you and see whatever you can contribute to the Guide. Enjoy!

Not another one
*thinks*
I shouldn't have said that out loud, should I.

Hmm, I guess not
Now this Venus is never going to believe my statement about all those friendly happy people wanting to join and enjoy her company here... Bummer!

It's just that I'm being out numbered, and in my current situation that isn't good.

May I inquire what situation you are referring to?

Ah wait... I thought you meant the *thread* , but I don't see her there. You must be more specific, I guess... in which thread is your problem then?

Yeah, I saw it... Just followed an alternative route to the right thread (resourceful, yeah, I know )
Have you had an argument with her somewhere before? Maybe you should visit her page an confront her on her own terrain with what she's doing. If she DOES have a good reason (according to her own judgement) she'll have to tell you, and otherwise her page will be tainted with incriminating evidence about her behaviour, not very inviting to others... But no matter what, you should keep your own rep clean. No insults, no spitting... just try to find out what she's on about. And please don't take it out on other Venuses.
That's the best I can make of it at the moment...
good luck,

Oops... I've read only part of it, from just before ViF joined the conversation, and I must say: IF she was right in thinking she had a right to claim you in some way, then you *do* have some skeletons in your closet now, as was so aptly put in the discussion...
I'm not at all jealous of you... and you'll have to find a way to make up with her, if she means anything to you. Considering this situation, I must say that my previous message was not entirely accurate
Sorry 'bout this mess you're in. I hope you'll be able to clear the air a bit.

I think my only tactics at the minute are duck and cover.
PS, most of this is light hearted anyway.

WIf that's truly the case (light hearted I mean), then why would you be depressed about anything? To me it seemed as though you didn't believe so about two hours ago. And maybe in the long run it may prove to be not such a light matter from ViF's perspective, either.
But what am I rambling on about? I gave my opinion, but it's your choice what to do with it, anyway, right? Good duck, ehhh, luck

To be honest I'm just playing along. There are no real relationships involved and the online ones are fairly tounge in cheek. It's all just heaps of fun. And I love complaining about things.

*You* may call it playing, my man, but not everybody thinks about it the same way, you know? Believe you me, I love a little cyber-cuddling, but look out who it is you're fooling around with!
